My Story
The short version?
I’m Dr. Stewart Jones, a coach, consultant, and mentor for creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders who believe work shouldn’t feel like a cage. I help them build careers (and businesses) that are as dynamic as they are.
The longer version?
It starts with a kid (me) who'd rather doodle than do homework. A kid who preferred to play video games, watch movies, play sports, or create imaginary worlds on notebooks. I was the kid teachers sighed at, not a bad kid (mostly), but with 46% school attendance, and average grades at best, I wasn't a high-achiever. Thing is, I loved learning, I just didn't like the traditional form of studying. Somehow, that kid ended up with an MBA, a PhD, and a 20+ year international career spanning, creativity, tech, business, and entrepreneurship.
The Twist?
None of it happened in a straight line.
I got here because mentors saw what schools couldn't. That my "distractions" were raw strategy, creativity, and systems-thinking in disguise. They taught me to, learn constantly (even without a classroom), turn chaos into process (my production roles demanded it), and make ideas mean something (without burning out). Now, I pay that forward.
Who I work with
I’m for the misfits, makers, and rebels who feel stuck between art and profit. Need to lead teams without losing their soul. Want to scale creativity like a business (or vice versa).
Fun fact: My worst traits (impatience, stubborn curiosity, and an obsession with processes) became my best tools. Let’s sharpen yours.
